PRICES
At WEAREART.studio all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.
PAYMENTS
WEAREART.studio accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Bank transfer. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out / discontinued items.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
WEAREART.studio strives to ship orders within 3 days then shipped the next business day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Your orders are shipped with GLS. Shipping prices from 42 DKK. Items will be delivered at a parcel shop or for from 62 DKK at the delivery address specified when ordering. We deliver to most destinations in Europe. Delivery price depends on the size of the purchased product/artwork and on the distance of the delivery. PLEASE NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact [email protected] with any questions.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your order from WEAREART.studio will be delivered 1-5 business days after the order has been paid.
For certain items, special delivery conditions apply. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods. Special deliveries may have a longer duration of shipment.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The right of complaint does not apply to unique crafts such as wearable artwork or other works of art.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must make a claim within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. WEAREART.studio will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

REFUNDS
In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund. The refund must be approved by an associate at WEAREART.studio.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period starts from the day
– You receive the order.
– Obtaining physical possession of the last item in the case of a contract for several different goods ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several batches.
– Takes physical possession of the last lot, or last part, in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
– The first item in physical possession, in the case of regular deliveries of goods over a certain period of time.
You must bear the costs of returning the goods.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at [email protected]. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item to us, you must fill out a return form which can be printed on the contact page at www.weareart.studio and send the item(s) to: WEAREART.studio, Valborg Allé 18 st tv, 2500 Valby, Denmark.
NOTE: You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice of this.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal
– Goods which have been made to the consumer’s specifications or have been clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Goods which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Performed non-financial services where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed.
– The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, where the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
– Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for such publications.
– Contracts concluded at public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be faster if you also fill in and attach our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we receive them back.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
CONDITION OF the GOODS ON RETURN
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them in a physical shop.
If the goods have been tried on beyond what is described above, they are considered second-hand. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.
REFUNDS
If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you paid to us.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made by the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of having returned them by then.

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase. WEAREART.studio tilstræber at afsende ordre indgået indenfor 3 dage. Vi sender til hele Danmark. Dine varer sendes med GLS. Fragtpriser fra 42 DKK. Varer vil blive leveret hos en pakkeshop eller for 62 DKK på leveringsadressen, der angives ved bestillingen.

Der leveres varer alle ugens hverdage. Din ordre fra WEAREART.studio vil blive leveret 1-3 hverdage bestillingen er betalt.
For visse varer gælder særlige leveringsvilkår. Betingelserne vil fremgå specifikt forud for køb af disse varer.
REKLAMATIONSRET
Der gives 2 års reklamationsret i henhold til købeloven. Vores reklamationsret gælder for fejl i materiale og/eller fabrikation. Du kan få varen repareret, ombyttet, pengene retur eller afslag i prisen, afhængig af den konkrete situation. Reklamationen gælder ikke fejl eller skader begået ved forkert håndtering af produktet/ydelsen. Reklamationretten gælder ikke unikum håndværk som wearable artwork eller andre kunstværker. Du skal reklamere i “rimelig tid” efter du har opdaget manglen/fejlen. WEAREART.studio vil dække returneringsomkostninger i et rimeligt omfang. Refusion/returnering skal godkendes af en medarbejder/indehaver af WEAREART.studio
Ved returnering, reklamationer og benyttelse af fortrydelsesretten sendes til:

Der modtages ikke forsendelser pr. efterkrav.
REFUSION
Hvis der er tale om refusion, bedes du medsende bankoplysninger i form af regnr og kontonr, så det aftalte beløb kan overføres. Disse oplysninger kan uden risiko oplyses pr. mail eller anden elektronisk form, da det ikke er følsomme oplysninger og kun vil blive anvendt til vores opfyldelse af refusionen.
FORTRYDELSESRET
Der gives 14 dages fuld returret på varer købt i vores webshop.
Perioden regnes fra den dag;
– Hvor du modtager ordren.
– Får den sidste vare i fysisk besiddelse, når det drejer sig om en aftale om flere forskellige varer, bestilt i én ordre, men leveres enkeltvis eller af flere omgange.
– Får det sidste parti, eller sidste del i fysisk besiddelse, når det drejer sig om aftale af levering af varer der består af flere partier/dele.
– Den første vare i fysisk besiddelse, når det drejer sig om regelmæssig levering af varer over en bestemt periode.
Returneringsomkostninger skal du selv afholde.
Fortrydelse skal anmeldes til os senest 14 efter købet og fra fortrydelsen skal I senest 14 dage efter returnere forsendelsen. Meddelelsen skal gives pr. mail på [email protected].
I meddelelsen skal du gøre tydeligt opmærksom på, at du ønsker at benytte din fortrydelsesret. Ønsker du at sende varen retur til os, skal du udfylde en returseddel som kan printes på contact siden på www.weareart.studio og sende varen til: WEAREART.studio, Zinnsgade 1, 3. th., 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark.
OBS: Du kan ikke fortryde ved blot at nægte modtagelse af varen, uden samtidig at give tydelig meddelelse herom.
Varer undtaget fortrydelsesretten
Følgende varetyper indgår ikke i fortrydelsesretten:
– Varer, som er fremstillet efter forbrugerens specifikationer eller har fået et tydeligt personligt præg.
– Forseglede varer, som af sundhedsbeskyttelses- eller hygiejnemæssige årsager ikke er egnet til at blive returneret, og hvor forseglingen er brudt efter leveringen.
– Varer, der grundet sin art bliver uløseligt blandet sammen med andre ved levering.
– Varer, hvor plomberingen er brudt.
– Udførte ikke-finansielle tjenesteydelser, hvis levering af tjenesteydelsen er påbegyndt med forbrugerens forudgående udtrykkelige samtykke og anderkendelse af, at fortrydelsesretten ophører, når tjenesteydelsen er fuldt udført.
– Levering af digitalt indhold, som ikke leveres på et fysisk medium, hvis udførelsen er påbegyndt med forbrugerens forudgående udtrykkelige samtykke og anerkendelse heraf, at vedkommende dermed mister sin fortrydelsesret.
– Aviser, tidskrifter eller magasiner dog undtaget abonnementsaftaler for sådanne publikationer.
– Aftaler indgået på offentlig auktion.
– Varer, der forringes eller forældes hurtigt.
RETURNERING
Du skal sende din ordre retur uden unødig forsinkelse og senest 14 dage efter, at du har gjort brug af din fortrydelsesret. Du skal afholde de direkte udgifter i forbindelse med returnering. Ved returnering er du ansvarlig for, at varen er pakket ordentligt ind. Du skal vedlægge en kopi af ordrebekræftelsen. Ekspeditionen går hurtigere, hvis du ligeledes udfylder og vedlægger vores Fortrydelsesformular.
Du bærer risikoen for varen fra tidspunktet for varens levering og til, vi har modtaget den retur.
Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav.
VARENS STAND VED RETURNERING
Du hæfter kun for eventuel forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og den måde, hvorpå den fungerer. Du kan med andre ord prøve varen, som hvis du prøvede den i en fysisk butik.
Hvis varen er prøvet udover, det ovenfor beskrevet, betragtes den som brugt. Hvilket betyder, at du ved fortrydelse af købet kun får en del eller intet af købsbeløbet retur, afhængig af varens handelsmæssige værdi på modtagelsestidspunktet – af returneringen. For at modtage hele købsbeløbet retur må du altså afprøve varen uden egentlig at tage den i brug.
TILBAGEBETALING
Fortryder du dit køb, får du naturligvis det beløb du har indbetalt til os retur.
I tilfælde af en værdiforringelse, som du hæfter for, fratrækkes denne købs-beløbet.
Ved anvendelse af fortrydelsesretten, refunderes alle betalinger modtaget fra dig, herunder leveringsomkostninger (undtaget ekstra omkostninger som følge af dit valg af en anden leveringsform end den billigste form for standardlevering, som vi tilbyder), uden unødig forsinkelse og senest 14 dage fra den dato, hvor vi har modtaget meddelelse om din beslutning om at gøre brug af fortrydelsesretten. Tilbagebetaling gennemføres med samme betalingsmiddel, som du benyttede ved den oprindelige transaktion, medmindre du udtrykkeligt har indvilget i noget andet.
Vi kan tilbageholde beløbsrefunderingen, indtil vi har modtaget varen retur, med mindre du inden da har fremlagt dokumentation for at have returneret den.
